Boris and Carrie Johnson Embrace Farm Life near Jeremy Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm

In a countryside venture rivalling Jeremy Clarkson’s renowned Diddly Squat Farm, former Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his wife Carrie have embarked on their own farming journey since settling on a sprawling estate in Oxfordshire.

The Johnsons according to Evening Standards, now proud owners of a £3.8 million nine-bedroom abode near Henley, have warmly welcomed a flock of ducks and a brood of chickens into their rustic fold.

Carrie, who has recently assumed a role as an influencer, unveiled their feathered companions on Instagram, introducing Twiglet, Gherkin, Black Head, Turbo, and Pickle to the world.

She shares glimpses of their new country life, from fruitful finds at a local car boot sale to cherished moments of home decorating, including a painting by Boris’s late mother, Charlotte.

Despite the tranquil scenes, a minor hiccup arose when allegations surfaced from a former nanny, Theresa Dawes, who claimed unfair dismissal.

Dawes asserted she was let go for sharing a drink with the former prime minister. A spokesperson for the Johnsons vehemently refuted these claims, deeming them baseless.

While Johnson’s focus appears to be on his newfound feathered friends, he remains attuned to political developments.

Expressing solidarity with David Cameron, he condemned the cancellation of HS2 to Manchester.

Rumours also circulate that Dominic Cummings, in a quasi-exile of his own, played a pivotal role in Rishi Sunak’s recent policy reversal.

Could this signal the rekindling of a political clash between Boris and Dom? Only time will tell.
