UNICEF Youth Advocates Programme
The UNICEF Youth Advocates Programme application period for 2024 is now open. UNICEF has established the Youth Advocates program, a new initiative to attract talent in collaboration with United Nations Volunteers (UNV). UNICEF aims to empower young people, especially those with disabilities, to become change agents and champions for children’s rights.
Following the success of the first project in 2018-2019, which mobilized 42 Youth Advocates (18-24 years old) in 27 countries, UNICEF, in collaboration with UNV, is now looking for a second cohort. UNICEF/UNV is looking for 20 young, enthusiastic, and skilled advocates to join us as change agents working to protect children’s rights.
