To help fuel the aspirations of those who dare to dream about the stars, the National Space Club and Foundation Keynote Scholarship (NSCF) has been launched.

Designed to recognize and reward undergraduate students with an interest in space science and engineering, the NSCF Keynote Scholarship is an opportunity to soar toward the cosmos and carve out a place for oneself in the annals of space exploration.

Overview of Foundation Keynote Scholarship

Are you a student considering a career in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics? If yes, apply for the National Space Club and Foundation Keynote Scholarship!

The National Space Club and Foundation Keynote Scholarship is open to high school seniors and postsecondary students who intend to pursue a career in STEM. While all STEM professions are accepted, individuals pursuing space careers will be given preference.

The National Space Club & Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides scholarships, fellowships, internships, and other initiatives to help young people learn, is offering the scholarship. Every year, the charity awards $15,000 to one lucky student to assist them in paying for their postsecondary education. In addition, the winner will get an all-expenses-paid travel to Washington, D.C., to speak at the annual Goddard Memorial Dinner.

Scholarship Eligibility Information

This scholarship is open to students who meet the eligibility criteria listed below:

  • Citizenship: United States citizens
  • High school seniors, college, and graduate students.
  • Academic interests must be Agribusiness, Agriculture, Food Science/Nutrition, Horticulture/Floriculture, Natural Resources, Environmental Science, Paper and Pulp Engineering, Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Landscape Architecture, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Science/Engineering, Marine/Ocean Engineering, Construction Engineering/Management, Surveying, Drafting Biology, entomology, oncology, marine biology, neurobiology, math, statistics, science, technology, and society. Biological Science, Natural Sciences, Archaeology, Sports/Exercise Science, Physical Sciences, Meteorology/Atmospheric Science, Earth Science, Hydrology, Oceanography, Materials Science, Psychology, Fire Science/Firefighting, Aviation/Aerospace, Transportation, Radiology, Environmental Health, Animal/Veterinary Sciences, Insurance/Actuarial Science, Cybersecurity, Chemistry, Medicine

Scholarship Application Information

To apply for this grant, students must complete an online application and provide the application documents listed below. Student videos must explain why they are inspired by space.
