The Overview TaroWorks Technology Grant

TaroWorks is looking for humanitarian aid organizations ready to transform their field operations with last-mile mobile technology.

Are you an NGO that provides humanitarian relief to needy populations through the distribution of physical items and products?

Do you struggle with diverse and inefficient data methods for tracking your distribution and impact?

Are you ready to scale your last-mile operations and maximize your impact by leveraging mobile and cloud technology?

Apply now for a $20,000 award to help you integrate TaroWorks Enterprise with Salesforce CRM to track field operations, manage your supply chain, and maximise your impact.

Learn about the Organization

TaroWorks is a last-mile mobile app and field data solution that allows non-profits and social entrepreneurs to track field activities, manage inventories, and maximize their impact.

Over 100 non-profits and social entrepreneurs have used the TaroWorks & Salesforce solution in more than 60 countries. TaroWorks was founded and is entirely owned by the Grameen Foundation, a global non-profit that empowers the underprivileged, particularly women, to build a world free of poverty and hunger.

The TaroWorks Enterprise mobile inventory management software extends TaroWorks to assist enterprises in tracking their supply chain, from procurement to product transfers to last-mile delivery, even from offline smartphones or tablets.

TaroWorks Technology Grant Eligibility

TaroWorks will review proposals based on the needs of the business, the system’s potential for long-term success, the expected long-term effect, and financial need.

To be eligible, you must be a non-profit organization that provides humanitarian aid to vulnerable populations, namely refugees, displaced people, and victims of conflict or crisis. You must be distributing tangible commodities, products, or assets through a supply chain that TaroWorks Enterprise can assist you with monitoring and managing.

Additional Eligibility Criteria

  • Organizations should present a clear strategy and process requirements for last-mile distribution activities.
  • Organizations must have or intend to hire a technical resource (e.g., database manager, CRM systems manager) to oversee the TaroWorks and Salesforce IT systems.
  • TaroWorks can only work with system administrators who speak English because support is only provided in that language.
  • Organizations must be able and willing to pay for annual TaroWorks Enterprise licenses.
